Learn how to backstraddle (invert), knee hook, stag, high straddle AND practice a flowing sequence to build endurance and gracefully maneuver between these postures in different ways. With the hammock low, you’ll be able to safely and more quickly learn hinging, body-waving, and releasing skills without the danger of falling or becoming tangled in the fabric. Strengthen the legs, abs, and hips and proper knee-hook technique that can be transferred to panel fabric.
